主要开展病毒分子生物学、分子疫苗学和人源化动物模型研究。负责“国家传染病诊断试剂与疫苗工程技术研究中心”、“分子疫苗学与分子诊断学国家重点实验室”的病毒疫苗与感染模型研究组。目前研究方向包括:肠道病毒广谱中和表位与疫苗,水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染致病机制与新型疫苗,新型溶瘤病毒和人源化动物模型研究。以通讯或共同通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇。已获得11项中国发明专利授权,和5项美国、欧盟、日本发明专利授权。
