研究领域 (Research Area)

1、抗病毒的单抗筛选:利用细胞模型和重组抗原等进行抗病毒的单抗筛选,如HIV中和单抗、识别免疫优势表位单抗等的筛选。

2、基于表位的抗原研究:利用基因工程重组技术表达获得含有功能表位的抗原或颗粒化抗原。

3、功能性表位研究:应用生物传感器、分析超离、微量热等方法研究抗原-抗体的相互作用,尝试解析免疫复合物的空间结构,鉴定功能性表位的特征。

4、Generation of monoclonal antibodies against different viral targets : based on functional screening by virus-infection cell model, recombinant antigen reactivity and et. al, focusing on HIV neutralizing monoclonal antibodes, esp. those with broad neutralizing activity

5、Identification and characterization of key epitopes on viral antigens: Design and preparation of recombinant antigens harbouring functional epitopes

6、Functional characterization of epitopes: epitope mapping, structural analysis and function interpretation by various methods including SPR-based assay, analytical ultracentrifugation, microcalorimetry, and structural determination of antibody-antigen complexes
