蔡晨曦博士于2010年获英国里丁大学理学硕士学位主修食品科学，2018年在加拿大曼尼托巴大学获得人类营养学博士学位，2018-2020年在加拿大阿尔伯塔大学的孕产后健康研究实验室从事博士后研究工作。2020年12月加入bet体育365官网正规。入选福建省高层次引进人才、厦门市高层次留学人才、厦门市高层次人才等。

主要研究方向为生命早期1000天的生活行为（营养与身体活动）对母婴健康的影响。在包括British Journal of Sports Medicine，American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology等具有重要影响力的国际学术期刊上发表论文20余篇，研究成果受到国内外主流媒体关注报道，包括BMJ News, CTV, National Post, Reuters等。

主要研究兴趣:

1. 通过建立人群队列研究，运用人体运动学、营养学、生理学、免疫学、微生物组学、机器学习分析方法，探索生活行为对母婴、儿童身心健康的影响，并研究其潜在的作用机制。

2. 通过饮食与运动人群干预以预防妊娠并发症、降低母婴、儿童慢性病风险。

3. 研究结果转化，包括协助制定临床实践指南。
