主要研究领域

利用动物和细胞模型围绕代谢开展妊娠和代谢疾病的相关研究。

一方面,研究代谢如何维持正常妊娠以及代谢失调引发妊娠不良母胎结局的机制。另一方面,研究膳食因素与肥胖/糖尿病/非酒精脂肪肝的关系,同时关注致病成分(食品加工有害产物AGEs)和保护成分(食品功效成分、经典营养素)的作用。
